Well it all started with the phone call. You never get a second chance to make a first impression. The front desk was great with arranging a schedule that fit my needs considering the overhaul I needed on the car. I received a full inspection, on these cars, you expect lots of long time damages adding up, but their response was honest based on my needs. I was even presented with an option of the outcome did not fit my expectations…. Loved it! So, now I am reviewing the photos and problems…. I must say, the good folks gave me enough information to make an well informative decision. Will I go back? , Do I trust them? , do they have great customer service? … HELL YEAH to all the above. and even offered me a cool drink on a hot day as I was leaving.
