Antioch Mercedes Repair

It is usually very difficult for us to find a shop to work on our Mercedes Sprinter RV. We will continue getting our preventative maintenance done here every year. At East Bay Autohaus the customer service was truly top tier. The prompt thorough communication through text, emails and phone was very friendly and efficient. We were able to get in quickly for an appointment and all of our concerns were professionally addressed. All dealership parts and oil were used and our rig was combed through to make sure to catch any other needed maintenance. We are very happy we brought our rig in here.

Just had some maintance done to my Merc-Benzs. Did an outstanding job Good people no BS.

The front office team of Tiffany and Kate were exceptionally professional by addressing all my questions and concerns and even assisted me to secure transportation back home. Once the maintenance was completed I was able to consult with the mechanic about any future questionable issues that may arise.

These guys continue to amaze me with there great customer service and top notch work. Would not take our Sprinter RV anywhere else.
