The front office staff was professional and kept me informed and even returned my call when I left a message. I actually was able to talk to the mechanic Joe who preformed the work before and after the job. He answered all of my questions and advised me of some issues to keep in mind for the future. I would use this shop again.

I have trusted East Bay Autohaus with the service and maintenance of my Sprinter van for several years and they have never let me down. They keep my vehicle in excellent operating condition which gives me great piece of mind. For me, it's worth driving a few extra miles for such outstanding service.

Great place...got my '16 Sprinter 3500 serviced here for an oil change and general inspection. Scheduled it online with ease!

They found the problem with my Sprinter RV that one one else could. Customer service Before, During and After was excellent. As the owner of a service company I was impressed. I hope I don't need service anytime soon but if I do I will be coming back here !
