Great, reliable, timely service and a reasonable price. I drive further to bring my car to East Bay Autohaus because I trust them and it's worth it for my peace of mind. Thank you also for the ease and convenience of after-hours drop off and late day lock out for those of us who can't make it there during operating hours.

Very happy with the service received. My roof was stuck and they actually came out and picked up my SL500 with their trailer then fixed the issue same day. Charges for tow and repair were fair and reasonable.

I own and drive a 2009 Mercedes E-350 that I love and plan on keeping. I only purchased the car because I could get it serviced at East Bay Autohaus. I use to have a 2004 Chrysler crossfire which had all Mercedes running gear - i could of had that serviced at the local Chrysler dealer but soon discovered they had no idea what to do or how to properly service the car. I always have my cars serviced as scheduled and have always been extremely pleased with the service Autohaus has performed. Their service is equal or better than the dealer and more reasonable. Their customer service is also something I appreciate -always prompt and very curtsies.

As always, the team at East Bay Autohaus went above and beyond...for the past 14 years they are the only ones I trust and that will continue based on my experience this week. The hank you so much!
