She is always very busy with calls and customers and always has a very caring, patient interaction with everyone. Joe has always been top notch with repairs and service. Granddaughter car just died, she is just short of her 17th birthday, so you know she freaked out. Took it to East Bay Autohaus, they went through the car and figured out the problem, fixed it. She got the car back and is happly driving around Oakley. The cost was very reasonable and fair.

Great customer service, really nice people who listen and explain in detail what needs to be done and they even washed my car after the service. I will continue to have them service my car and recommend any one else to do the same.
