Granddaughter car just died, she is just short of her 17th birthday, so you know she freaked out. Took it to East Bay Autohaus, they went through the car and figured out the problem, fixed it. She got the car back and is happly driving around Oakley. The cost was very reasonable and fair.

Great customer service, really nice people who listen and explain in detail what needs to be done and they even washed my car after the service. I will continue to have them service my car and recommend any one else to do the same.

The shop was very knowledgeable great and professional at correcting the problem am very pleased . Thank you for job well done 👍🏼

I have been taking my cars to East Bay Autohaus for almost 10 years now. I have always be satisfied with all aspects of their business. The front desk, scheduling and most important the service performed. They do what they say they will do when they say they will do it and at a reasonable cost. One of the reasons I purchased my last MBZ was I knew I had the conveyance of local service.
