Eastbay Autohaus is awesome!!!

I have never written a review before, but could NOT not write one! This establishment is professional, clean and prompt! My Land Rover Velar needed immediate repairs to one of the two radiators (special order part) and it was ready in one day. If I had taken it to the dealer it would have been days before it would have been repaired. Not to mention expensive! They even offered to wash the exterior of the car before pickup. Please don't hesitate to stop by when your car is in need of repair.

Eastbay Autohaus is the only place I would take my Mercedes. My car was ready for pick up but as they were wrapping things up they noticed a plastic piece cracked, and my car was steaming and not safe to driveI thought I would rent a car to get back home and of course to work the next day, well the rental car place had just closed. Autohaus could have Uber me home but instead the owner let me drive one of his cars home and to work. I wouldn’t expect that again but it sure was generous of them to be so considerate of my time. Thank you again Ian and of course the fantastic ladies!

Great service and convenient!

I am very happy with the new location. The ladies at the front desk are very pleasant and knowledgeable and helpful. Providing coffee or tea makes people welcome and relax.

If there were 100 stars that’s how I would rate them. Always 100% satisfied with the quality of work. Prices are fair and affordable. If you ever want a pease of mind with you vehicle running top notch this is the place to go. A joy seeing miss Bella dog when you go. Hi Bella.
